We've compiled a list of questions which are most frequently asked by our guests.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: The guest receives 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in dateIf the booking is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, the rental payment is not refunded, but the security deposit and cleaning fee are refunded. Cancellation of bookings for the term of 7 days or longer are subject to non-refundable administrative fee of $300. Credit card fee of 3% will be deducted from refunded amounts.

 

Q: When do I get my refundable security deposit back?

A: Your deposit is refunded within 7 business days of your departure, after the property inspection.

 

Q: Is the house equipped with WI-FI?

A: Yes, a free WI-FI connection is available in all our properties. WI-FI network login is posted in each house.

 

Q: Are beach chairs provided?

A: Yes. We provide plenty of beach chairs in all of our properties

 

Q: Is there a separate charge for pool heat?

A: No, we don't upcharge our guests for heating the pools or hot tub spas. The heat is free of charge to all our guests.

 

Q: Are bicycles provided?

A:  Bicycles are not provided. However, there is a number of reputable and inexpensive bike rental shops within a 2-3 mile radius from the houses.

 

Q: Is the beach walking distance from the house?

A: Our properties are located within a mile from the beach. It's an easy, scenic 15-20 minutes walk. However, people who travel with kids and elderly may want to bring some chairs and umbrellas to the beach, and load them in the car. There is plenty of parking inside the Delnor-Wiggins state beach and park, and it is a 3-5 minute drive from the houses.

 

Q  Is the parking pass to Delnor-Wiggins state beach and park free of charge?

A: Yes, the parking pass to Delnor-Wiggins is free of charge to our guests. This pass allows all day free parking to our award-winning State park with concession stand, showers, bathrooms and water sports rentals.

 

Q: Is the house equipped with kitchen utencils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker?

A: The kitchen has everything that your home kitchen would contain, even some spices. All the pots, pans, utencils and dishes are provided.

 

Q: Do guests need to bring their own towels?

A: There is no need to bring your own towels, as the properties have plenty of towels for your use.

A: Please refer to the Vacation Guide tab on our site for suggestions on good places to eat

How to book a property through our site

1. On home screen enter your travel dates and number of guests. The properties which meet your criteria will be displayed.

2. Click on the property which you would like to book

3. Click light blue button 'Calculate Rates'. Your detailed quote will be displayed.

4. Click dark blue button 'Book Now'. Booking screen will render.

5. Complete Traveler Information and Mailing Address sections on the booking screen

6. Click button on bottom right to review and accept the Rental Agreement

7. If you were offered a discount code, you can enter it next to the green Apply button

8. On the bottom of the screen make a payment method selection

9. Click Book Now button. If you are paying by check, you are done with the booking process. 

10. If you are paying by credit card, you will be transferred to a secure credit card information screen. Please enter the required information on this screen and your booking process is complete.

 

You will be notified within 24 hours if your booking was approved. 

You will receive a booking information email within 5 minutes of completing the booking.
